Super-speed
is a power shared by many Golden Age heroes. One lesser-known, and unfortunately-named
possessor of this abiity, was Timely Comics' character The Whizzer.
Most active in the Golden Age, he did enjoy
a brief revival in the 1970s, and his adventures have been recently reprinted.. According to Wikipedia: .

The model I've designed is
patterned directly from the cover above featuring one of the Whizzer's
early appearances. However, I have also included optional costume parts
that appeared in later issues. I haven't had a chance to build this one
